1. Control game version content, track version progress and quality acceptance, identify problems and find solutions;
2. Responsible for major version updates and daily update maintenance, ensuring timely and stable release of versions online;
3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective feedback channels and communication mechanisms between players and products, and promptly inputting effective player feedback;
4. Responsible for monitoring the daily online environment of game products, and promptly handling daily game operation events;
5. Responsible for the construction, use, and functional iteration of operation tool platforms.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in game version operations; cloud game access experience preferred.
2. Familiar with game product R&D and launch processes, experience from early game testing preparation to stable online operation preferred;
3. Love games, have deep understanding and experience with console, open-world, and content-rich game products, able to accurately grasp user needs;
4. Possess excellent self-drive, teamwork, and cross-departmental promotion ability, have a proactive awareness and interest in understanding technical logic, and the ability to identify problems in processes and drive their resolution or optimization.
