Milk VFX is seeking an experienced VFX Production Coordinator for high-end film and TV projects in Barcelona, Spain. The role involves supporting Production, VFX Supervisors, and Leads to ensure efficient project running. Candidates need a minimum of 2 years experience in VFX/CG, with the role being predominantly studio-based in Poblenou, Barcelona, and occasional on-set work. Fluent Spanish is essential for client interaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about Film/TV and VFX, highly organised, and proficient with Shotgrid.

Must Have:

Coordinate dailies and rounds, ensuring accurate information flow to and from the client.
Organise and setup media for client reviews, ensuring feedback and shot notes are recorded.
Maintain information in Shotgrid, keeping project tasks up to date.
Ensure artists are clear on their schedule of work and priorities.
Coordinate and organise shot deliveries.
Coordinate and monitor multiple projects effectively.
Document decisions and requests, ensuring items are tracked and managed appropriately.
Monitor and compile weekly progress reports, highlighting any issues.
Understand visual effects terminologies and processes.
Be highly organised and proactive.
Be a clear communicator who is calm under pressure.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced VFX Production Coordinator to join the team who has experience in supporting high end VFX film and tv projects. They will be working with Production, VFX Supervisors and Leads to maintain the accurate and efficient running of an exciting project in Barcelona, Spain.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a VFX/CG related environment.

The role is predominantly studio-based in our Poblenou, Barcelona office, working closely with the Creative Head of Studio, with occasional on-set work. Fluent Spanish is essential for working directly with local clients. We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
