Job Summary
As a VFX Coordinator, you'll be integral to show success, collaborating with senior staff and artists. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks and meeting project milestones, organizing dailies and meetings, managing ShotGrid statuses and task assignments, coordinating shot deliveries, preparing documentation and reports, communicating schedule changes, establishing quality control processes, and orchestrating project closures. You'll ensure efficient project execution and seamless tracking and delivery of shots according to established targets and milestones. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication (English and Korean), understanding of VFX terminologies, ShotGrid familiarity, and intermediate Excel skills.
Must Have
- 2+ years VFX/media production experience
- Excellent communication (English & Korean)

- ShotGrid & VFX process understanding
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient project execution by coordinating tasks and meeting project milestones, on one or more projects
- Organizes dailies, rounds, and project meetings
- Ensures ShotGrid statuses, task assignments, and project scope is continually maintained
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation
- Documentation and report preparation; tasks tracked and managed
- Communicate any schedule changes promptly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to ensure a harmonized project timeline.
- Pave the way for quality excellence by establishing robust quality control processes and orchestrating seamless project closures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the VFX or media production related field
- Highly organized with a proven track record in scheduling and task management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Understanding of VFX terminologies and processes
- Familiarity with ShotGrid
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
