Job Title: VFX Production Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a VFX Production Coordinator to join the team who has experience in supporting high end VFX film and tv projects. They will be working with Production, VFX Supervisors and Leads to maintain the accurate and efficient running of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a VFX/CG related environment.
The individual must be based in France and bi-lingual in French and English.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating dailies and rounds, ensuring the flow of accurate information to and from the client
- Organise and setup media for client reviews, ensuring any feedback and shot notes are recorded
- Maintaining information in Shotgrid, keeping project tasks up to date
- Ensuring the artists are clear on their schedule of work and priorities
- Coordinating and organising shot deliveries
- Coordinating and monitoring multiple projects effectively
- Documenting decisions and requests, and ensuring items are tracked and managed appropriately
- Monitoring and compiling weekly progress reports, highlighting any issues
About you:
- Passionate about Film / TV and VFX
- Highly organised and proactive
- Understands visual effects terminologies and processes
- Experience of working with Shotgrid
- Clear communicator who is calm under pressure
