The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in French and English, and experience resolving workplace conflicts. The consultant will work closely with the UK HR team and contribute to building the French studio's HR infrastructure.

Job Title: HR Consultant (Part time)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a bi-lingual (French/English) consultant to support the growth of our French studio and contribute to its integration with our UK operations. This role will focus on providing HR support, acting as a key point of contact for artists and helping shape a positive, creative work culture. You will work closely with our UK HR team and play a vital role in building the HR infrastructure of the French studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to the French studio – employee relations, HR policies, and procedures in compliance with French labor laws
  • Support the UK HR team in aligning HR practices between the UK and France
  • Being the connector between the UK HR team and French Artists, providing information in the French language
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving workplace conflicts or grievances in the French studio, ensuring resolutions align with French labor laws
  • Managing the onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation for Milk France 
  • Assist in establishing HR policies and systems that reflect the needs of the French studio
  • Helping to build strong relationships between artists and the management team, providing feedback and ensuring effective communication
  • Assist with recruitment for the French studio. 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in French labor laws and regulations, ensuring the studio remains compliant with evolving requirements
  • Collaborate with the finance team and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with French tax and social security regulations
  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to French workplace health and safety standards, including maintaining appropriate documentation and conducting regular checks
  • Oversee exit processes for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation, and handling offboarding in compliance with French labor law

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual ( French / English) 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills. You are capable of carrying out all duties in a fast-paced environment as part of a remote global team
  • Must be living and paying taxes in France
