Job Title: HR Consultant (Part time)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a bi-lingual (French/English) consultant to support the growth of our French studio and contribute to its integration with our UK operations. This role will focus on providing HR support, acting as a key point of contact for artists and helping shape a positive, creative work culture. You will work closely with our UK HR team and play a vital role in building the HR infrastructure of the French studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to the French studio – employee relations, HR policies, and procedures in compliance with French labor laws
- Support the UK HR team in aligning HR practices between the UK and France
- Being the connector between the UK HR team and French Artists, providing information in the French language
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving workplace conflicts or grievances in the French studio, ensuring resolutions align with French labor laws
- Managing the onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation for Milk France
- Assist in establishing HR policies and systems that reflect the needs of the French studio
- Helping to build strong relationships between artists and the management team, providing feedback and ensuring effective communication
- Assist with recruitment for the French studio.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in French labor laws and regulations, ensuring the studio remains compliant with evolving requirements
- Collaborate with the finance team and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with French tax and social security regulations
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to French workplace health and safety standards, including maintaining appropriate documentation and conducting regular checks
- Oversee exit processes for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation, and handling offboarding in compliance with French labor law
Requirements
- Bi-lingual ( French / English)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. You are capable of carrying out all duties in a fast-paced environment as part of a remote global team
- Must be living and paying taxes in France
- A good sense of humour and a positive team player!
