Job Summary
The Visual Merchandiser will join a dynamic and creative team at Disneyland Paris, focusing on product display excellence and innovation. Responsibilities include staging products in windows, on mannequins, and podiums, ensuring aesthetic coherence, respecting artistic direction, and synchronizing displays. The role involves collaborating with various teams, maintaining product information signage, and staying updated on merchandising trends. This is a fixed-term contract from December 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
Must Have
- Stage products in windows, on mannequins, and podiums under recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic coherence of displays.
- Respect defined artistic direction and zone stories.
- Synchronize displays with other store areas in case of product rupture or price change.
- Design and implement product information and price signage.
- Monitor trends and innovations in merchandising techniques.
- Maintain stock of accessories and presentation elements.

- Ensure regular field presence in assigned sector boutiques.
- Transmit relevant professional information to concerned departments.
- Contribute to communication presentations by taking photos of displays.
- Propose adapted and useful initiatives for activity functioning.
- Contribute to environmental impact reduction and asset preservation.
- Report malfunctions and suggest corrective actions.
- Participate in sector projects and division initiatives.

Within this division, the Visual Merchandise Creative team, supporting Merchandise Product initiatives in Disneyland Paris boutiques, is looking for a Visual Merchandiser.
Your responsibilities:
- Staging products in windows, on mannequins, and podiums, under the recommendations of the Experienced Window Dresser Decorator and in coordination with the Merchandising, Location Planning, and Scenography teams, as well as with the operational teams in the area.
- Maintaining displays by defining and applying appropriate corrective measures to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic coherence of the area.
- Respecting the defined stories and artistic direction of the area.
- Synchronizing displays with other store areas in case of product rupture or price change.
- Designing and implementing product information and price signage, and product presentations for the area.
- Monitoring all news regarding trends and presentation techniques and innovations in Merchandising.
- Proper management of accessory and presentation element stocks.
Your main activities?
- Collaborate effectively with the Location Planning, Merchandiser, Scenographer, and Operational teams to implement the strategy defined by the Merchandise Product management in stores through impactful product displays.
- Ensure a regular field presence in the boutiques of your sector and guarantee the good condition of the presentations.
- Spontaneously transmit all useful information related to your professional environment to the concerned individuals and/or departments, as well as to your direct partners.
- Under the recommendations and guidance of the Experienced Window Dresser Decorator, integrate your reflections and actions into the Artistic Direction and Strategic Direction supported by the Product Direction.
- Contribute to communication presentations of the activity by taking photos of the displays.
- Take adapted and useful initiatives for the proper functioning of the activity by proposing corrective or improvement actions to your hierarchy.
- Participate in reducing environmental impacts and preserving company assets and heritage (by ensuring the cleanliness and good condition of your professional environment, by using tools and materials adequately and responsibly, etc.).
- Report malfunctions to your hierarchy and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to the maintenance of heritage and facilities, the improvement of working conditions, and the optimization of quality.
- Participate in projects in your sector of activity and contribute to initiatives deployed within the division.
Your profile?
- Holder of a minimum BAC + 2 qualification (Visual Merchandising Diploma essential), you have confirmed experience of 3 years as a Visual Merchandiser in staging products in windows, podiums, presentation tables, and mannequins (boutique and/or department store environment).
- You have held a B driving license for at least two years.
- Flexibility in hours and working days is essential (occasional night shifts).
- You speak French (C1 proficiency level) and English (B1 intermediate level).
- You have solid knowledge of the following tools: Adobe Pack (Photoshop, Indesign…), Office Pack (Excel, Power Point), and Outlook.
