Job Summary
This role at Thales in Brest, France, involves managing client stocks (new and available) using SAP tools, preparing annual stock management reports, and overseeing client dismantling stocks. The technician will also participate in annual client store inventories and act as an interface for logistics and schedulers regarding client stock exchanges. The ideal candidate has a Bac +2/3 in Industrial Supply Chain, experience in an industrial environment, and proficiency in stock management IT tools.
Must Have
- Manage client stocks (new and available) in SAP tools
- Prepare annual client stock management reports: analyze incoming/outgoing movements
- Manage client dismantling stocks: track in GSD tool, manage logistics and physical warehouse, make equipment available to repair lines
- Participate in annual inventories of client stores on site
- Interface with Logisticians and/or Schedulers for standard client stock exchanges
- Bac +2/3 degree in Industrial Supply Chain
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in repair/operational maintenance
- Good knowledge of logistics flows and the supply chain
- Proficiency in IT tools dedicated to stock management (ERP, logistics management software)
- Ability to manage inventories and perform regular stock controls
- Knowledge of procedures for receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping goods
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with different departments (purchasing, production, delivery)
- Attention to detail, rigor, and responsiveness

Your daily life
The Brest site houses our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare, as well as our digital services activities.
You will be responsible for managing client stocks in accordance with client asset management requirements and participating in client stock inventories.
By joining us, your main missions will be:
- Managing client stocks (new and available) in SAP tools.
- Preparing annual client stock management reports: analysis of incoming/outgoing movements.
- Managing client dismantling stocks: tracking in the GSD tool, logistical and physical management of the warehouse, making equipment available to repair lines.
- Participating in annual inventories of client stores on site.
- Being the interface for Logisticians and/or Schedulers for standard client stock exchanges.
Your profile
Do you have good knowledge of logistics flows and the supply chain?
With a Bac +2/3 degree in Industrial Supply Chain, you have acquired experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the repair/operational maintenance sector. You have:
- Proficiency in IT tools dedicated to stock management (ERP, logistics management software).
- Ability to manage inventories and perform regular stock controls.
- Knowledge of procedures for receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping goods.
