Dispatcher

Are you the link that ensures our transport runs smoothly and efficiently? Do you have a passion for logistics and are you a born multitasker who combines customer contact with operational optimization? Then this is your chance to play a crucial role in our team! You will work 5 days a week and 2 Saturdays a month, in a variable schedule from 4 AM to 12 PM or from 12 PM to 8 PM.

Must Have

• Be the point of contact for customers, proactively managing communication about unforeseen problems, resolving them, and handling capacity requests.
• Closely monitor drivers and report operational problems or deviations related to customer planning to the appropriate departments.
• Continuously seek ways to perfect routes (trips/loops) and maximize vehicle occupancy, with efficiency as a core principle.
• Ensure smooth and clear communication with central planning to align all operations.
• Be dynamic, proactive, resourceful, and known for quick and organized responsiveness, with flawless priority management.
• Be bilingual in Dutch and French (an absolute must).
• Have relevant experience in the transport or logistics sector.
• Be comfortable working with multiple programs behind a screen all day, with no secrets regarding MS Office.

Good to Have

• Good command of English.

• You are bilingual Dutch/French – this is an absolute must. A good command of English is a nice plus.
• You have relevant experience in the transport or logistics sector.
• You feel comfortable behind a screen, can juggle multiple programs all day, and MS Office holds no secrets for you.
