Derivative Supply Chain Planning - IP Development

This role involves developing the overall supply chain SOP based on front-end business information, adjusting it as needed, and collaborating with departments to ensure smooth information flow and planning. The specialist will identify and optimize process issues with a full-link perspective, develop and refine supply chain solutions, and provide strategic support through data and product capabilities to establish refined operations. Key responsibilities include strengthening synergy between front-end goods and the back-end supply chain through cross-departmental collaboration to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements across the entire supply chain.

Job Description

1. Based on front-end business information, develop the overall supply chain SOP, and adjust according to actual business, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure smooth information and planning.

2. Familiar with all supply chain modules and the supply chain planning domain, with a full-link perspective, able to identify problems in processes, propose improvement and optimization suggestions, and drive overall efficiency to be optimal.

3. Analyze problems or needs, formulate supply chain solutions that meet the requirements, help business departments solve supply chain pain points, and continuously optimize solutions according to needs.

4. Provide strategic support through product and data capabilities, and based on the implementation of different strategies, establish refined supply chain operation capabilities.

5. Strengthen the synergy system between front-end goods and the back-end supply chain, and through deep cross-departmental collaboration, achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements across the entire supply chain.

Job Requirements

1. 2-5 years of supply chain planning work experience, mainly in supply chain planning (including demand, procurement, supply, allocation, etc.).

2. Strong data analysis and project management capabilities, strong business driving ability, and ability to break through and innovate.

3. Excellent language, communication, organizational, and coordination skills, good logical and structural thinking, and good ability to handle affairs independently and collaborate across teams.

4. Familiar with Papegames IP or game-related derivative business.
