Job Summary

Randstad Inhouse is recruiting for a prestigious multinational company in the automotive sector, with a strong presence in Turin and its province. For their production plant in Verrone (BI), they are seeking a Quality / NVH Specialist to join their Engineering team. The Quality/NVH Specialist will be responsible for applying advanced Quality Engineering methodologies, focusing on the analysis and mitigation of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) factors and the Durability of components and systems.

Must Have

  • Apply and monitor fundamental Quality Management tools (KPI, PFMEA, Control Plan) to prevent defects and improve processes.
  • Perform NVH analysis and tests to identify noise and vibration sources, and evaluate product and material durability.
  • Utilize applied knowledge of Metrology to ensure correct measurement and dimensional compliance of components.
  • Prepare and update operational documentation, including Operational Cards.
  • Lead improvement initiatives, analyzing field and production data to increase product reliability.
  • Engineering Degree.
  • Previous experience in the specific role in a production environment (preferably automotive).
  • In-depth experience in applying fundamental elements of Quality Management: KPI, PFMEA, Control Plan, Operational Cards.
  • Applied knowledge of Metrology, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) and Durability.
  • Good knowledge of English language.

Job Description

Randstad Inhouse selects for a prestigious multinational company in the automotive sector, with a consolidated presence in Turin and its province. For their production plant in Verrone (BI), we are looking for a Quality / NVH Specialist to join our Engineering team.

The Quality/NVH Specialist will be responsible for applying advanced Quality Engineering methodologies, focusing on the analysis and mitigation of factors related to Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) and the Durability (duration and resistance) of components and systems.

Annual remuneration: €28,000 - €34,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and monitor fundamental Quality Management tools (such as KPI, PFMEA, and Control Plan) to prevent defects and improve processes.
  • Perform NVH analysis and tests to identify sources of noise and vibrations, and evaluate the Durability of products and materials.

Qualifications
