Job Summary

Join the Industrial Competence Center (CCI) in Bordeaux as a Maintenance Technician (M/F). You will be responsible for the maintenance of a fleet of industrial equipment to ensure their availability for production. You will perform preventive maintenance, curative interventions, and, if necessary, support industrial partners. In this context, you will also contribute to defining and deploying the reliability action plan, ensuring the performance of industrial equipment and anticipating major breakdowns.

Must Have

  • Ensure management, processing, and traceability of curative intervention requests and equipment restarts using CMMS.
  • Prepare and perform preventive maintenance for industrial equipment.
  • Accompany and validate interventions by external service providers.
  • Write or modify maintenance ranges and adjust maintenance deadlines.
  • Analyze significant breakdowns to build a reliability action plan.
  • Propose equipment improvements and contribute to the maintenance network within the group.
  • Bac+2 degree or equivalent, ideally specialized in industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Several years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Multi-technical knowledge: electrical, mechanical, refrigeration circuits.
  • Proficiency in digital production tools (PLM, ERP).

Good to Have

  • Good knowledge of automation and hydraulics.

Join the Industrial Competence Center (CCI) of Bordeaux as a Maintenance Technician (M/F). Within a developing team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a fleet of industrial equipment to ensure their availability for production. You will perform preventive maintenance, curative interventions, and, if necessary, support industrial partners. In this context, you will also contribute to defining and deploying the reliability action plan.

Missions:

  • Ensure the management, processing, and traceability of curative intervention requests and equipment restarts using CMMS,
  • Prepare and perform preventive maintenance for a portion of the site's industrial equipment fleet,
  • Accompany and validate any interventions by external service providers,
  • Write or modify maintenance ranges and adjust maintenance deadlines if necessary,
  • Analyze significant breakdowns to build a reliability action plan,
  • Propose equipment improvements and contribute to maintaining the maintenance network with other group sites.

Your profile

You have a Bac+2 level diploma or equivalent, ideally specialized in industrial equipment maintenance, and justify several years of experience in:

  • Maintenance of industrial equipment,
  • Multi-technical knowledge: electrical, mechanical, refrigeration circuits,...
  • Ideally, good knowledge of automation and hydraulics,
  • Proficiency in digital production tools related to production (PLM, ERP).
