Role Overview
You are someone who thrives in high-impact environments where strategy and execution go hand in hand. As VP of Solutions & Brand Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in building the foundation for how GlobalStep brings its services to market—and in making sure those efforts translate directly into growth and brand impact.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a playbook—it’s for someone excited to write it. You’ll immerse yourself in understanding who our customers are, what matters most to them, and how our services solve their unique challenges across QA, Localization, Engineering, Art, and Player Support. You’ll use these insights to shape both our solutions marketing and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent, resonant, and scalable presence in the market.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Service Line leaders, and Marketing teammates across the globe to align efforts, accelerate results, and strengthen the GlobalStep brand from the inside out.
