GlobalStep is hiring a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition for India hiring. The role requires 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder management. Must Have:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closure.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray) for active and passive talent.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage job postings and ensure consistent employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate data and reports in ATS or internal trackers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably for support roles.
  • Proven expertise in different sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret hiring metrics and improve efficiency.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team for India hiring. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder management. This role demands strong ownership, strategic sourcing ability, and hands-on experience in managing multiple mandates simultaneously across functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles through market research and competitor mapping.

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation to offer negotiation and closure.

3. Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and creative channels.

4. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean, X-Ray and exposure to both active and passive talent.

5. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles, ensuring timely closures and reduced time-to-hire.

6. Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure smooth coordination through interview stages.

7. Manage job postings across platforms and ensure consistency in employer branding.

8. Maintain accurate data and reports through the ATS or internal recruitment tracker.

9. Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from screening to onboarding.

10. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously optimize sourcing

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable done hiring for support roles.

2. Proven expertise in different sourcing techniques

3. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and best practices.

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and improve efficiency.
