Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and PaaS.

  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform and Alteryx.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Troubleshooting web suites and performance anomalies.
  • Managing Level 2 back-end tasks and database operations.
Must Have:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web suites and performance anomalies.
  • Provide specialized technical knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough analyzes to confirm functionality of digital assets.
  • Verify the operational status of front-end components for effectiveness.
  • Manage Level 2 back-end tasks including database operations.
  • Monitor and enhance performance metrics for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1 year of experience as an Application Support.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of web application interface.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Basic Microsoft SQL.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. As part of the Information Technology Operations team you will troubleshoot web suites and resolve issues related to logs and performance anomalies. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling specific tasks and conducting thorough analyzes to support specific projects. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and contribute to the effectiveness of our digital assets, securing performance and reliability.
