WiFi FEM Product Manager

Broadcom is seeking a highly motivated WiFi Front End Module (FEM) expert to lead its WSDs FiFEM business. This role involves deep customer and partner intimacy, securing market share, defining and driving product roadmaps, ensuring clean execution, and managing the product portfolio and pricing. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the WiFi FEM business, with strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills, and the ability to drive a business segment independently and collaboratively.

Must Have

• Lead WSD's FiFEM business
• Develop and maintain customer and partner relationships
• Secure maximum WSD market share in FEM
• Define and drive FEM and FiFEM product roadmap
• Ensure clean product execution and insertion
• Manage product portfolio and phase reviews
• Oversee worldwide WiFi pricing
• Collaborate with WSD R&D, NPI, Quality, Applications & Operations
• Collaborate with Sales, WBC R&D, Marketing, and FAE teams
• Over 10 years experience in WiFi FEM business
• Ability to own and drive a business segment, including ROI analysis
• Proven track record of high design win conversion
• Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams
• EE Degree, ideally Master's level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Defining and driving WSDs FEM and FiFEM product roadmap
• Driving clean execution and product insertion
• Portfolio management including driving product phase reviews
• WW WiFi pricing management
• Close working relationship with WSD R&D, NPI, Quality, Applications & Operations
• Close working relationship with Sales, WBC R&D, Marketing and FAE team

Qualifications / Required Skills

• >12 years experience in the WiFi FEM business
• Ability to own and drive a business segment, including ROI analysis
• Proven track record of high design win conversion
• Excellent presentation, communication and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams

Required Qualifications

• EE Degree, ideally to Master level w/ 10+ years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $137,000 - $220,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
