tonies is seeking a Working Student for Portfolio Management to support research into relevant content and topics for their target audience, including market observation and trend identification. The role involves assisting in the development of new project ideas and briefings, checking audio content for compliance, processing inquiries from potential partners, and handling administrative tasks like metadata and list maintenance. The position also includes creating presentations and preparing/following up on appointments. This is an opportunity to join a global team at a growing company focused on creating innovative audio experiences for children.

Must have:

Studying business, cultural, linguistic, or media studies.
High affinity for audio content.
Reliable organizational talent with attention to detail.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
16-20 hours per week availability.
Enthusiasm for the Toniebox.

Your tasks include:

You will support research into relevant content and topics for our target groups, market observation, and identification of current trends
You will support the development of new project ideas and briefings
You will check audio content according to specific requirements
You will process incoming inquiries from potential cooperation partners
You will take on administrative tasks such as metadata and list maintenance
You will create presentations and take over the preparation/follow-up of appointments

What we are looking for:

You are studying business administration, cultural, linguistic, or media studies, or a comparable degree program
You may have already gained initial professional experience, e.g., through internships or working student positions
You have a high affinity for audio content
You are a reliable organizational talent with an eye for detail
You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
English, both written and spoken, is not a problem for you
You have 16-20 hours per week available
