Do you want to gain your first practical experience in recruiting and work in an international company? Then you've come to the right place!

In our Talent Acquisition Team, everything revolves around finding great new colleagues for tonies – and we need your support for that. With us, you will learn how application processes work, how to find suitable talent, and what makes for good communication with applicants. As tonies continues to grow, we are looking for you as a working student in Talent Acquisition for approx. 20 hours per week (max. 40 hours per week during semester breaks), limited to one year.

Your tasks include:

• You support us throughout the entire application process – from the first application to hiring.
• You help screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• You publish new job advertisements on various job platforms.
• You support in finding suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms and learn how to specifically approach talent.
• During your onboarding, you will take on your first own recruiting processes – for example, for working students or interns.
• You will gain exciting insights into working with various teams within the company.
• Depending on capacity, you can take on your own small projects with us – for example, around onboarding or employer branding.

What we wish for from you:

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a comparable field.
• You enjoy working with people, are curious, and open to new things.
• Initial experience in recruiting or human resources is great, but not a must – we will teach you everything you need to know.
• You are reliable, well-organized, and actively involved.
• You can communicate well – in German and English.
• You can work with us in our Düsseldorf office 1-2 times a week.
