Thales in Germany, part of a global technology group, is seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) for Sales Support at its Ditzingen location. This role involves assisting Sales Managers with various tasks, including preparing offers, responding to customer inquiries, and organizing customer visits. The position requires close collaboration with national and international colleagues, as well as administrative support like creating reports and presentations. You will contribute to security solutions for border control, military facilities, and tactical communication, working with cybersecurity and cryptography experts.

Good To Have:

Must Have:

Support Sales Managers in preparing offers and answering customer inquiries.
Assist with creating and tracking offers for standard products.
Obtain and prepare information from departments for customer inquiries.
Help organize customer visits, including appointment coordination and trade fair assistance.
Perform administrative tasks like creating reports and presentations.

Your Mission

Support our Sales Managers in preparing offers and answering customer inquiries in close cooperation with national and international colleagues.
Support Sales Managers in preparing and tracking offers for standard products by reviewing and processing offer requests and creating offer components.
Support Sales Managers in answering customer inquiries by obtaining necessary information from national and international departments and subsequently preparing the information for the customer.
Support Sales Managers in organizing customer visits, e.g., by coordinating appointments or assisting with trade fairs.
Support with administrative tasks such as creating reports and presentations.

What we look forward to

Studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable field.
Experience in sales for larger, international companies is an advantage.
Experience with public clients is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of MS-Office.
Structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
Commitment and clear results focus.
Sociability, winning appearance, and quick comprehension.
Strong, international teamwork ability.
Very good German and English language skills, French language skills an advantage.
