Job Description

As a working student in Consulting, you will support the team with customer order processing, including reviewing and qualifying incoming orders, coordinating appointments with consultants and clients, and independently distributing tasks. You will primarily work with Salesforce CRM software (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service). Additionally, you will assist the Consulting Team Lead with monthly and annual planning, capacity and deployment planning for consultants, and special projects. We are looking for students in economics, business informatics, or similar fields, with at least two semesters remaining, ideally some practical experience, good MS-Office skills, strong IT affinity, and excellent German language skills.

Must Have:
  • Review and qualify incoming customer orders

  • Independently distribute orders to customer consultants
  • Clarify order queries with consultants, sales representatives, or consulting management
  • Work with Salesforce CRM software (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service)
  • Enrolled as a student in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • At least 2 full semesters of study remaining
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Very good German language skills

Your tasks

  • Review and qualification of incoming customer orders
  • Coordination of customer appointments with the customer consultants (m/f/d) and contact persons (m/f/d) of the customers
  • Independent distribution of orders to the customer consultants (m/f/d)
  • Clarification of queries regarding orders with the customer consultants (m/f/d), the sales representatives, or the consulting management
  • You will primarily work with Salesforce, one of the leading CRM software. Here you will gain insight into the Sales Cloud, the Service Cloud, and for the area of customer consulting, into Sales Force Field Service

You will also support the Consulting Team Lead in the following areas:

  • Creation of monthly and annual plans
  • Capacity and deployment planning for our customer consultants
  • Processing of special topics
