Job Description

The role involves creating concept art, designing characters and backgrounds, and producing setting illustrations for 3D model creation in 3D game development. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in art and design within the gaming or video industry, possess basic art creation skills like drawing and composition, and be able to align their designs with the project's direction. Experience with 2D art using applications like Photoshop and business-level Japanese language skills are also required. Experience in 3D design, collaboration with 3D CG designers, planners, and programmers, and the ability to use 3D software such as Maya or Blender are considered a plus.

Must have:

Practical experience in game or video art and design.
Basic art skills: drawing and composition.
Ability to align designs with the project's direction.
Experience with 2D art using applications like Photoshop.
Business-level Japanese language skills.

Good to have:

Practical experience in 3D design.
Experience collaborating with 3D CG designers, planners, etc.
