Your daily life

The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite systems engineering, payload design and manufacturing, and ground segment development and qualification. It includes a research center and an industrial accelerator for startups and ventures.

Thales Alenia Space plays a major industrial role in the IRIS² project by contributing to technical design, payload manufacturing, and program governance, as a Core Team Member of the SpaceRISE consortium.

YOUR DAILY LIFE:

Join the Digital Solution Competence Center (CCDS) France, a leader in developing flight software for satellites in the Telecom, Observation, and Science domains. Our real-time critical software operates 24/7 for over 15 years, ensuring vital functions for over 150 satellites currently in flight!

Flight software is at the heart of satellite solutions, guaranteeing flexibility and performance throughout their lifespan. With the rise of low-orbit satellite constellations, the technical challenges associated with embedded software abound and offer unique opportunities for growth and innovation.

Participate in an innovative and structuring project, within a multidisciplinary and international team where you will:

• Write detailed technical specifications.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical implementation to achieve the "end to end" performance objectives of the 5G NTN Access solution deployment.
• Serve as a technical interface between our company and our development partners.
• Integrate and optimize gNodeB functions into the final product.

WHO ARE YOU?

Are you passionate about networks and 5G technology?

Do you want to join a dynamic team at the heart of space and telecom innovation?

Are you a graduate of an engineering school or a university program (Bac+5) and have solid experience of at least 3 years in networks, or have you completed a thesis on this topic?

Do you master software design and development for 5G Telecom architectures, with particular expertise in gNodeB L2/L3 layers?

Is working in Agile your daily routine?

Are you comfortable with the Linux operating system and the DPDK (Data Plane Development Kit) solution?

(Knowledge of electronics and FPGA technologies would be a valuable asset)

Do you have operational English, both written and spoken?

Are you recognized for your good interpersonal skills and writing abilities?
