Job Description

Rippling is seeking talented and ambitious Account Executives for its Global Payroll team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating a strategic sales process. Responsibilities include joining the founding Global AE sales team to build and scale the Global sales organization, running sales cycles from discovery and demo to close, closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently, managing pipeline in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting, becoming a product expert across the entire platform and understanding the competitor landscape, and working closely with the Account Management team for smooth customer transitions. Must have:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS B2B markets
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Proven success in sales (top 10%)
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English communication skills
Good to have:
  • BA/BS Degree

About the role

The Account Executive, Global Payroll role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- we’re looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process.

What you will do

  • Join the founding Global AE sales team to build and scale the Global sales organization
  • Run sales cycles from discovery and demo to close
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
  • Work closely with Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers

What you will need

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication required - Fluent English
