Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Book keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable.
• Microsoft Advanced Excel Skills:
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data efficiently.
  • Prepare various financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Generate and interpret financial statements.
  • Raising invoices and auditing vendors invoices
• Tax Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Data Entry and Accuracy:
  • Input financial data into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports.
• Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities.
• Immediate Joiners:
  • Welcome and support the onboarding process for immediate joiners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Advanced Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Semi-qualified CAs are first preference
