Job Description

The Admin, Sales role involves facilitating the timely dispatch of contracts and account creation with precision. The candidate will proficiently execute sales processes in compliance with established standards, coordinate with the business unit head and direct manager for SOP execution, and ensure all documentation and materials are updated. Maintaining data integrity with stringent confidentiality measures for 100% accuracy and reliability is key. The role also requires conducting comprehensive training sessions for new and existing team members to ensure thorough understanding and adherence to established processes, along with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

    •  Facilitate the timely dispatch of contracts and account creation with precision and attention to detail.
    • Proficiently execute sales processes in compliance with the established standard.
    • Coordinate with the business unit head and direct manager for SOPs execution. 
    • Ensure all documentations and materials are updated at all times.
    • Uphold data integrity with stringent confidentiality measures to maintain 100% accuracy and reliability. 
    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing team members to ensure a thorough understanding and adherence to established processes.

Job Requirements

    • Any experience in sales administration processes and terminology or any related field.
    • Familiarity with contract management and documentation/ record keeping.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google tools
    • Experience in Salesforce.com (will be an advantage but not a must) 
    • Ability to do execute task and understand all processes involved within Sales Department
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and manage more than one deliverables at a time
    • Ability to demonstrate a good problem-solving skills
    • Constant self-improvement mindset and independent on handling tasks assigned
    • Ability to synergize the right attitude to benefit business needs
    • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
