Job Description

1. Overall responsibility for the daily work of the AIGC team, planning the team's long-term development direction, and determining the overall technical development roadmap.

2. Collaborate with various R&D departments to identify business pain points, focusing on promoting the deep application of scenarios such as art asset generation and various LLM applications (e.g., content generation, intelligent customer service Q&A, code-assisted development), and driving the development and implementation of related platform products.

3. Continuously monitor cutting-edge AIGC technologies (e.g., multi-modal generation, model fine-tuning, RAG retrieval enhancement) and industry trends, organizing technical pre-research and feasibility validation work.

Job Requirements

1. More than three years of team management experience, capable of effectively coordinating daily team work and cultivating technical talent.

2. Proficiency in the principles and applications of generative models (Diffusion, GANs, VAEs, LLMs), mastery of cutting-edge technologies such as multi-modal generation, model fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA), RAG, and prompt engineering, and familiarity with toolchains like PyTorch/TensorFlow and Hugging Face/LangChain.

3. Possess more than 3 years of work experience in the gaming industry, understanding game industry R&D processes and related online businesses.

4. Possess platform thinking and productization capabilities, able to lead or promote the design, development, and successful implementation of AIGC-related platform products or solutions.

5. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and influence skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple departments such as R&D, product, design, art, and operations to drive efficient project execution and goal achievement.
