Job Description

This role provides the opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals in the hospital environment in France to improve patient care and be an active participant in commercial development. The main responsibilities include: analyzing and refining the CRM pipeline, proposing maintenance contracts, regularly following up with prospects and clients, and collaborating with the commercial services team for optimal opportunity tracking. The role also involves participating in activity reporting and providing information, as well as contacting clients to identify their needs and propose appropriate solutions. This role requires a strong motivation for commercial prospecting and client portfolio management, with a focus on autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
Must have:
  • Student in business school or similar (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
  • Strong motivation for commercial prospecting
  • Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in office and CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • Enjoy teamwork and coordination between services

Job Description

Ce poste vous donne la possibilité d’interagir avec les professionnels de santé du milieu hospitalier en France pour améliorer ensemble la prise en charge des patients et être acteur du développement commercial.

Missions :

  • Analyser et assainir le pipeline du CRM : mise à jour des statuts, des montants, suppression ou correction des opportunités obsolètes.

  • Proposer des contrats de maintenance ou avenants adaptés à chaque situation.

  • Assurer le suivi régulier des prospects et clients par des

  • Transmettre les dossiers complets au Services Back Office pour enregistrement des contrats ou avenants.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe commercial services pour un suivi optimal des opportunités.

  • Participer au reporting des activités et à la remontée d’informations.

  • Contacter les clients (à distance ou sur le terrain) pour identifier leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.

Vos atouts pour réussir

  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, gestion, biomédicale, ou formation similaire (Bac+3 à Bac+5).

  • Forte motivation pour la prospection commerciale et la gestion de portefeuille clients.

  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation pour gérer un grand nombre d’opportunités.

  • Excellente communication orale et écrite, aisance relationnelle.

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM, idéalement Salesforce.

  • Goût pour le travail en équipe et la coordination entre services
