Job Description
- Create and maintain size charts for DOB articles.
- Conduct, accompany, and evaluate fittings.
- Comment and technically assess initial and subsequent samples until production release.
- Assess and approve lab dips, production fabrics, and finishes.
- Communicate with design, product development, purchasing, and external partners (including international suppliers).
- Ensure fit consistency and product quality within collections.
- Provide technical support for products throughout the entire development process.
- Completed studies in apparel technology or comparable training.
- Several years of professional experience in apparel technology, especially with a focus on fit assessment in DOB.
- Very good sense for fits, proportions, shape and color.
- Profound knowledge in pattern making, processing, and material science.
- Fluent English skills in spoken and written word.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Job Description
For our Breuninger private labels in the DOB (Damen Oberbekleidung - women's outerwear) sector, we are looking for an experienced Apparel Technician who will professionally accompany the product development process from initial sampling to production readiness. The position requires technical know-how, a confident sense of fit, and a good understanding of materials and quality requirements in the fashion sector.
