The AppleCare Engineering team is seeking a versatile and experienced program manager to tackle challenging tasks, manage complex engineering issues, and contribute to the development of serviceability for Apple products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across multiple product lines to maintain consistent standards, ensure regulatory compliance, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects. The program manager will closely collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product development, environmental, product operations, and various teams within AppleCare.
