This role focuses on driving distribution sales by building strong relationships with Sika's distributors and retail customers. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, monitoring sales performance against targets, creating detailed account plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the building materials sector.

  • Visit existing and new retail customers to strengthen relationships and drive sales of Sika’s key Retail product range.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, CSD, operations) to align efforts and meet customer requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
