Job Description

As an Associate Data Engineer, you will support the team in setting up, monitoring, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and assist with data manipulation and analysis tasks. You will learn to design and maintain data solutions that help optimize processes and automate tasks, contributing to the success of our clients’ campaigns. Responsibilities include creating basic segments using SQL, supporting automation with SQL and Python, monitoring campaigns, assisting with data extraction using APIs, collaborating with marketing and development teams, implementing and monitoring campaigns on platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, participating in meetings with agencies and clients, communicating progress, supporting data tagging, and staying updated with digital marketing and data analysis. The role requires advanced English proficiency.
Must have:
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
  • 1+ years of SQL, Python, or API experience
  • 1+ years of ETL solution design
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Salesforce, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, AWS)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SSJS
  • Experience with personalization in campaign tools
  • Experience in campaign management on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, or Braze
  • Strong project management skills

Job Details

As an Associate Data Engineer, you will support the team in setting up, monitoring, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and assist with data manipulation and analysis tasks. You will learn to design and maintain data solutions that help optimize processes and automate tasks, contributing to the success of our clients’ campaigns.


 

Your will

  • Assisting in creating basic segments using SQL for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Supporting the automation of manual processes under supervision using SQL and Python.
  • Helping monitor campaigns to identify and report issues.
  • Assisting in analyzing documentation and learning to extract data using APIs with team guidance.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Sciences and development teams to support campaign tracking and code deployment.
  • Assisting in campaign implementation and monitoring on platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, or Braze.
  • Participating in meetings with agencies, vendors, and clients to understand requirements and support campaign execution.
  • Communicating basic progress and results to internal teams.
  • Supporting data tagging and organization to improve future analysis.
  • Staying up to date with basic knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis, with a strong willingness to learn continuously.

 

You have

  • Advanced English proficiency (At least B2+).
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL, Python, or working with APIs for data extraction.
  • 1+ years of experience designing ETL solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies like Salesforce, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, and AWS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SSJS, and personalization in campaign tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams across different organizations.
  • Proven experience in campaign management on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, or Braze is a PLUS.
  • Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge across a wide range of subjects.
