CatFace is a YouTube entertainment company, home to a family of channels with over 20 million combined subscribers and an average of 300 million views per month. Our goal is to entertain our audience with fun, light-hearted narratives and entertaining content for both children and young adults. A vital component of our business is creating multiple unique stories every week in order to keep our audience engaged.

About the Job

Catface is seeking an Associate Producer to work with our current Senior Associate Producers and Production Manager in ensuring quality and communication throughout the production process. The Associate Producer will be responsible for managing Production Assistants and ensuring the quality of the videos produced meets expectations.  

Applicants with no Minecraft experience will not be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Approve in game assets, and provide feedback to the team when needed.
• Work alongside other departments to ensure all team needs are met.
• Create and maintain documents to keep production timelines consistent.
• Lead the production team through daily video production.
• Communicate video progress to the Production Manager and Senior Associate Producer.
• Assist in the daily creation of assets, and other Minecraft related tasks.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• A deep and thorough understanding of Minecraft commands, mods, and limitations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Experience leading a team, preferably in a production environment
• Ability to be agile. Content flow changes every week in the Youtube environment, and an open mind is required to adapt.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude is a must. Everything we do at Catface is depending on each individual treating others with respect, and collaborating efficiently to achieve our goals.
• Proactive attitude and an interest in improving their own qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
  
• Weekend availability
