Job Description

This role involves shaping the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Sprinklr’s CCaaS portfolio, focusing on Inbound Voice and Unified Routing. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, defining product specifications, conducting market research, and driving the development and launch of new features. The Associate Product Manager will also monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and act as a product evangelist to promote continuous improvement and meet business objectives.
Must Have:
  • Contribute to shaping the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Sprinklr’s CCaaS portfolio, with a particular focus on Inbound Voice and Unified Routing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define product specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
  • Drive the development and launch of new features and enhancements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Act as a product evangelist, engaging with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to promote our and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering in IT Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of work experience, preferable in the SaaS industry, with a background in customer experience, contact center solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of domain principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes help drive product strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Knowledge on Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Hands on experience of working on SDLC tools such as Jira.
