Among your main responsibilities are agenda management, communication handling, report preparation, and logistical coordination of meetings and travel. Additionally, you keep information and documentation updated, and provide administrative support to ensure the agile and efficient operation of the office.
Must have:
  • Manage and coordinate the Vice President's agenda, prioritizing key commitments.
  • Prepare and review materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle and follow up on emails, phone calls, and internal requests.
  • Coordinate meetings, video calls, and events with internal and external teams.
  • Draft and send official communications on behalf of the Vice President.
  • Punctually follow up on pending tasks with other areas and maintain effective inter-departmental communication.
  • Support logistics for national and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports.
  • Organize and maintain updated physical and digital files.

TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant

About you:

You are an organized, proactive person with excellent judgment. You have experience providing high-level executive support, managing multiple priorities efficiently, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Among your main responsibilities are agenda management, communication handling, report preparation, and logistical coordination of meetings and travel. Additionally, you keep information and documentation updated, and provide administrative support to ensure the agile and efficient operation of the office.

Your day-to-day:

  • ### Manage and coordinate the Vice President's agenda, prioritizing key commitments.
  • ### Prepare and review materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • ### Handle and follow up on emails, phone calls, and internal requests.

You must have:

  • ### Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
  • ### Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in similar positions, supporting high-level executives.
  • ### Advanced English (oral and written). The interview will be conducted in English.
  • ### Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, video conferencing platforms).
  • ### Excellent spelling, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • ### High capacity for organization, attention to detail, and results orientation.
  • ### Discretion, commitment, flexibility, and a service attitude.
