Job Description
You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. This role presents a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about working closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and shape their core business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project involvement from discovery workshops through to design, delivery, and post-implementation support.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with business users to translate needs into solution designs and system specifications.
- Produce high-quality Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents and standardised workflows.
- Engage in senior stakeholder management, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and buy-in across all levels.
- Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy, Services Provider, or Financial Services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to produce detailed Business Requirements Documents, process maps, and other documentation to a high standard.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams, including participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions or projects involving emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with Digital Transformation or Application Modernisation projects.
- Skilled in reviewing Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Experience working on both large-scale and smaller projects, with responsibility for defining and designing business solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology and IT systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in tools such as Miro, IcePanel, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint and Word.
