RSI’s Business Development Associate will support the management of ongoing relationships with our market access partners. This role ensures that the B2B team provides timely, accurate, and engaging content for regular internal and external communications, including scheduled phone and conference calls. The Business Development Associate will also coordinate the deliverables of key initiatives and projects, with a particular focus on aligning with partners where RSI offers Retail services, ensuring smooth delivery and deployment.

 

A key responsibility of this role is collaborating between the B2B and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of cross-sell marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events at retail partner venues. This position is critical to maintaining partner satisfaction from a B2B perspective, and the Business Development Associate will act as a problem solver, advocating for RSI’s customers while balancing RSI’s priorities.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with RSI’s B2B customers, with a focus on Retail partners.
  • Participate in regular weekly or bi-weekly status calls with market partners.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of quarterly business reviews for retail partners.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of contracts.
  • Collect and document client requests and requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of partnership value and asset management.
  • Support the successful launch and ongoing operations of Retail Sports Betting solutions in jurisdictions where RSI provides retail services.
  • Collaborate with B2B and Marketing teams to execute cross-sell campaigns, promotions, and special events at retail partner venues.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • One or more years’ experience in customer service, business development, sales, and/or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of casino products, sports betting, and the general gaming ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to stay focused on tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent negotiation, multitasking, quick-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative thinker, able to generate new, better, or unique ideas and unafraid to share them.
  • Familiarity with or personal interest in the casino and/or sports industries.
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of general business principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek assistance when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with content and project management systems (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce).
