Business Development Coordinator

We’re hiring a Part-Time Business Development Coordinator for a remote opportunity (PST preferred) with a dynamic and growing agency in the gaming, media, and entertainment space.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to contribute directly to the growth of a creative agency’s business development efforts. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the team to uncover new client opportunities, develop strategic outreach materials, and support the overall sales process. Responsibilities:

• Prospect Research: Identify and research potential clients, partners, and projects across both endemic (e.g., game publishers, esports events) and non-endemic (e.g., CPG, apparel, tech) brands.

• CRM Management: Maintain and organize data in the sales CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring timely updates and effective communication processes with clients.

• Project Tracking: Manage and update client and project information across tools such as Slack, Pipedrive, LinkedIn, and more.

• Sales Material Creation: Assist in creating compelling sales materials including pitch decks, presentations, case studies, and sizzle reels.

• Industry Monitoring: Stay current on trends in gaming, esports, and entertainment with a proactive and curious mindset.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in gaming, esports, film, TV, or advertising; agency experience is a plus.

• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a desire to grow in this area.

• Exceptional organizational skills with experience using spreadsheets, CRMs, and multitasking across multiple platforms.

• Familiarity with the gaming, entertainment, and media landscape and a pulse on current industry trends.

• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time (Wednesday–Friday, 6.5 hours/day; schedule may shift)

• Location: Remote (Pacific Time preferred)
