We’re hiring a Digital Account Manager for an exciting hybrid opportunity based in Hoboken, NJ (2 days per week onsite) with one of our top clients in the digital advertising space.

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll work alongside industry experts to drive successful advertising campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and support strategic growth. Build and grow advertising partnerships by collaborating across internal sales, product, and marketing teams.
Coordinate with external partners including brand managers, media agencies, e-commerce, and analytics teams.
Develop and present strategic campaign recommendations that align with client goals.
Oversee the creative development process and ensure effective collaboration between suppliers and creative teams.
Manage and maintain agency proposal templates, ensuring accurate tagging and delivery.
Partner with campaign managers to ensure smooth campaign activation, trafficking, and optimization.
Communicate campaign progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and measurement.
Share data-driven insights and recommendations to drive revenue and enhance campaign performance.
Assist with monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Mentor junior associates and senior campaign managers, offering guidance and support.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven success in managing client relationships and working across multifunctional teams.
Experience in media planning and campaign execution.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Familiarity with advertising data, analytics, and DMP technologies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence client media and advertising decisions.
