In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Planners and drive pricing strategy, deal approvals, and stewardship to support revenue goals within a fast-paced media sales environment. This is a dynamic position requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Manager, Linear Pricing and Planning Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage Sales Planners.
Guide pricing, proposals, and Upfront (UF) operations.
Oversee deal terms, sponsorship values, and inventory resolution.
Collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, and Analytics teams.
Support system improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Manager, Linear Pricing and Planning Qualifications:
5+ years in linear pricing & planning (national sales).
Team management or mentorship experience.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
