We’re seeking a Remote Part-Time Graphic Designer to support the digital marketing efforts of a leading luxury hospitality brand, with a start date in early June.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact campaigns across a portfolio of prestigious properties. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting visually compelling email templates and digital banners that align with the brand’s refined aesthetic. Key Responsibilities

Email Template Production

• Design and refine HTML email templates across multiple luxury hospitality properties.

• Ensure consistent use of brand elements including layout, logos, and visual assets.

• Use platforms like Revinate, Mailchimp, or similar to adapt and optimize email templates.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency across a high volume of email versions.

Digital Banner Creation

• Design and update static and motion digital banners using provided templates.

• Code HTML banners with refreshed visuals, logos, and promotional content.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital or graphic design.

• Strong HTML skills and familiarity with banner development tools.

• Hands-on experience with Revinate, Mailchimp, or similar platforms (preferred).

• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling repetitive, large-scale tasks.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in the hospitality, travel, or luxury sectors is a plus.

Note: To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
