About the Role/ The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Lead to spearhead our channel strategy across the India market. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective reseller management and drive revenue results with our local reseller ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in channel sales leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Accelerate sales velocity and support overall license revenue growth with the Sitecore Reseller ecosystem in India.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategy for India as aligned with overall business goals.
- Recruit, build, and ensure effective enablement for the partner network in India.
- Maintain data integrity across Sales and sales systems.
- Maintain Reseller specific sales activity and performance reports.
- Meet and exceed defined revenue and growth-related objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of Reseller/Alliance experience in SAAS -Enterprise Software organization preferably in Martech industry.
- Strong organizational skills and sales process experience to effectively analyze pipeline reports, accurately forecast.
- Must be comfortable operating at all levels of internal and Reseller organizations.
- Strong acumen and proven ability to drive and align revenue and revenue related objectives.
- Ability to balance strategy and tactics, operate collaboratively against a matrix internal structure.
- Ability to thrive amongst ambiguity and self-assess priorities.
