Job Description

The Client Services Analyst provides high-quality client services to financial institutions, handling pre-sales and post-sales support. Responsibilities include interpreting, normalizing, and reconciling data, inputting manager estimates and transactions, monitoring daily tasks, and assisting with data loading for client reporting. The role requires understanding client fund structures, recognizing data discrepancies, and resolving client issues. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, excellent communication and Excel skills, basic finance knowledge, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with fresh graduates welcome.
Must have:
  • Provide efficient and high quality client services to financial institutions
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales service to clients
  • Interpret, normalize, and reconcile data from third parties and/or Solovis clients
  • Input manager estimates, transactions, investments and market values
  • Monitor daily tasks from business process management system
  • Assist with loading additional data sets for client reporting
  • Understand client fund structure and operations
  • Handle client issue resolution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel skills (vlookup, match, index, sumifs, etc.)
  • Amenable working on a night shift schedule
  • Amenable working at least twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

What You Will Do

The Client Services Analyst is responsible for providing efficient and high quality client services to financial institutions. Provides pre-sales and post-sales service to clients. Responsible for continuing development and improvement of the client services with the overall objective of shortening the client response time and increase service quality. This position is responsible for both technical and non-technical support

  • Interpret, normalize, and reconcile data from third parties and/or Solovis clients
  • Input manager estimates, transactions, investments and market values into the Solovis environment from manager statements or data portals
  • Monitor daily tasks from our business process management system
  • Assist with loading additional data sets to support client reporting needs
  • Understand client fund structure and operations to make appropriate data decisions and recognize data discrepancies
  • Handle client issue resolution

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel skills (vlookup, match, index, sumifs, etc.)
  • Basic finance knowledge or desire to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong desire to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Amenable working on a night shift schedule; and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
