Job Description

Nasdaq CSD is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Tallinn to be the primary contact for Estonian clients, including financial instrument issuers and banking institutions. The role involves building client relationships, providing daily advisory services, and supporting business development. Responsibilities include customer consultation, seamless client onboarding, processing securities registration and corporate actions, resolving inquiries, and contributing to service process enhancements. The role also involves developing strategic relationships and engaging in product development and industry initiatives.

Must Have:
  • Deliver exceptional customer consultation and ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Process securities registration and corporate actions documentation with precision, working closely with the Operations team
  • Resolve inquiries from various securities industry partners across local and international markets
  • Contribute innovative ideas to establish, enhance, and refine Nasdaq CSD's customer service processes
  • An academic degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Strong customer orientation with a deep understanding of client concerns and challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills and a growth mindset
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Fluency in written and spoken Estonian as well as English

About the Nasdaq CSD Team:

Nasdaq CSD – Central Securities Depository in Baltics and Iceland (www.nasdaqcsd.com) is currently seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our dynamic Sales and Services team in Tallinn. In this role, we will rely on you to serve as the primary point of contact for our Estonian clients, including financial instrument issuers and banking institutions within the Nasdaq CSD network. We expect you to build and maintain robust client relationships while providing outstanding day-to-day advisory services and support. Additionally, you will have opportunity to contribute to our business development initiatives. This role offers diverse responsibilities that adapt to our evolving business needs and priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer consultation and ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Process securities registration and corporate actions (e.g., interest and dividend payments) documentation with precision, working closely with the Operations team
  • Resolve inquiries (e.g., bailiffs requests, shareholders lists) from various securities industry partners across local and international markets
  • Contribute innovative ideas to establish, enhance, and refine Nasdaq CSD's customer service processes

Role Evolution and Development:

  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with internal and external customers and industry stakeholders
  • Engage in the CSD product and service development, implementation projects, and systems testing
  • Participate and support post-trade industry initiatives at local and European levels, and business development activities

What We Expect:

  • An academic degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Strong customer orientation with a deep understanding of client concerns and challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills and a growth mindset
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Fluency in written and spoken Estonian as well as English
