Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager for a Student position to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about learning how to manage cross-functional teams in a global company. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Program Scope: Engage with Product Manager & System Architect to understand requirements and drive for Engineering Technical respond to it
- Program Cost/Schedule: Collaborate with project leaders to define program’s costing, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges to ensure smooth execution
- Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Support in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success and outcomes
- Accountable for fluent coordination between the teams as needed.
Basic Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial & Management engineering
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools) is an advantage
- Ability to collaborate within a team while managing independent tasks
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Experience with leading people is an advantage.
