As a CLV Sales Specialist in the CEE region, you will collaborate closely with various sales teams to effectively manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, utilizing your diverse expertise to secure deals and reach sales targets with limited supervision. You will creatively resolve moderately complex requests and ensure the efficient use of sales tools like Salesforce, qualifying leads through multiple channels and nurturing promising prospects before routing them to the appropriate team members for further development. Your responsibilities include promoting products, generating leads, managing calls, segmenting customers, building relationships, and conducting research to identify key players. You will also maintain customer databases and support channel partners.
Must have:
  • 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Skilled in customer segmentation and relationship building.
  • Understanding of effective sales and marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.

Job Description

As a CLV Sales Specialist in CEE region, you will collaborate closely with various sales teams to effectively manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, employing your diverse expertise to secure deals and reach sales targets with limited supervision. You will creatively resolve moderately complex requests and ensure the efficient use of sales tools like Salesforce, qualifying leads through multiple channels and nurturing promising prospects before routing them to the appropriate team members for further development. 
 

Your role:

  • Work directly with customers to promote products and generate leads through campaign management and remote sales, while efficiently managing incoming and outbound calls to explore new sales opportunities.

  • Segment customers using strategic criteria to enhance marketing efforts, while actively building and retaining relationships via various communication channels to secure loyalty and gain business insights.

  • Partner closely with sales teams to effectively route and develop qualified leads, conducting thorough research on accounts to identify key players, generate interest, and address customer queries for successful sales outcomes.

  • Maintain comprehensive customer databases and ensure accurate sales funnel development in SFDC, while completing administrative duties promptly and supporting channel partners in managing installed base renewal processes.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have proven minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing combine with Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or equivalent.

  • You're skilled in customer segmentation, relationship building, and database management, with the ability to leverage various communication channels to achieve strategic marketing and sales goals.

  • You understanding effective sales and marketing techniques.

  • You are familiar with Salesforce and you're committed to supporting channel partners in navigating installed base renewal processes.
