1. Regularly conduct performance and human resources data analysis within the business line, output review reports to support management decisions, and drive operational efficiency;
2. Design and optimize compensation and benefits systems, compensation plans, and incentive policies to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness;
3. Implement external compensation surveys and data benchmarking, form analysis reports, and propose salary adjustment strategy recommendations.
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program, with more than 3 years of experience in compensation and performance (consulting firm background preferred);
2. Familiar with the methods and processes of performance system and compensation system construction;
3. Possess strong data analysis and communication and coordination skills;
4. Strong goal orientation, able to overcome difficulties and achieve results.
