This role involves leading the design and implementation of the Varonis Compensation Information System and related processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence. The project manager will be responsible for managing project scope, risks, and timelines, configuring and testing systems, and providing training and support to end users.
Must have:
- 4+ years experience in managing information systems projects
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system
- Strong techno-financial functional skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Great interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

The Role: We are seeking a skilled and driven Compensation Project Manager to join our IT Business Applications team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Varonis Compensation Information System and related processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
The Location: We are considering candidates who are able to work by remote model based on the East Coast.
The Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in managing and implementing information systems projects
- Experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems – Mandatory
- Experience with Xactly Incentive system (Incent, Connect, CEA) – Mandatory
- Experience with NetSuite - Advantage
- Strong techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
The Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful design and implementation of various business requirements, processes, and systems.
- Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect, understand, and design business requirements and processes.
- Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.
- Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.
- Develop and implement project management plans and methodologies.
- Provide training and support to end users on new processes and features for relevant information systems.
