Job Description

Autodesk's AECO division is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support its global compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, CMMC, and DoD. The role involves collaborating with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to embed compliance into products, develop policies, and protect data. This remote-friendly position requires a detail-oriented individual passionate about data protection and regulatory excellence.
Good To Have:
  • Certification in compliance/privacy (e.g., CRCM, CCEP).
  • Experience with compliance management systems and risk management tools.

Must Have:
  • Assist in the development and management of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collect and organize evidence of control implementation.
  • Partner in creating educational materials to help teams understand compliance requirements.
  • Support customer engagement teams in responding to compliance-related inquiries.
  • Actively contribute to compliance discussions and help foster a culture of awareness and accountability.
  • Research and stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Analyze and interpret new and existing regulations impacting the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Review and update existing policies to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics.
  • Develop communication materials, infographics, and videos to enhance employee understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance risk and conduct risk assessments.
  • Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance-related concerns or reported issues.
  • Collect and document evidences during audit, and help design systems to automate this collection.
  • Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within AECO.
  • Strong knowledge of FedRAMP, IL4/5,SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001, ISO19650, ISO9001, GDPR, SOX, HIPAA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an active and engaged attitude to be successful in a fully remote environement.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, producing high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in compliance software, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Airtable.

Autodesk’s AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) division is seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to support our global compliance program. This role is essential in ensuring alignment with key regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, CMMC, DoD, and others.

As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll collaborate with senior compliance analysts, product managers, and cross-functional teams to embed compliance into our products and services. You’ll help develop and manage policies, procedures, and practices that protect the data of our customers, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of compliance policies and procedures

Regulatory Monitoring:

  • Research and stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Analyze and interpret new and existing regulations impacting the organization

Policy Development and Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Review and update existing policies to ensure they are current and effective

Training and Communication:

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics
  • Develop communication materials, infographics, and videos to enhance employee understanding of compliance requirements

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Minimum Qualifications

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $68,400 and $118,030. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
