Job Description

This position will play a critical role in conducting thorough evaluations of process adherence, identifying inefficiencies, analyzing risks, and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall performance and safeguard operational integrity. The specialist will drive process documentation, perform root cause analysis, support cross-functional teams in executing process changes, research and benchmark practices, and document revised processes.
Must Have:
  • Drive process documentation, mapping, and analysis by applying structured methodologies to uncover inefficiencies and enable improvements that support strategic business objectives.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop targeted solutions by leveraging performance data to resolve operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing process changes by coordinating stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Research and benchmark internal and external practices by analyzing industry trends to inform process enhancements and foster innovation.
  • Document and standardize revised processes by creating clear procedures and compliance checks to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Report project status, updates, and outcomes by preparing concise communications to inform leadership and guide strategic decisions.
  • Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and measure the impact of process improvements (KPIs implementation for audits).
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
