Job Description

This Contractor position serves as the initial point of contact for employees, guests, and clients, requiring a highly punctual, professional, polite, and friendly individual. Key responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, faxes, mail, and packages, and assisting with meeting organization. The role also involves partnering with HR on office policies, coordinating corporate certification audits, submitting work orders, managing IT coordination, and maintaining vendor relationships. Additionally, the contractor will order and organize office supplies, support local leadership with expenses and calendar management, and participate in event planning, ensuring efficient time management and strong communication.
Must Have:
  • Be punctual, professional, polite, and friendly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone, faxes, mail, and packages.
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies.
  • Assist with all corporate certification audits.
  • Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment.
  • Coordinate with IT department for office IT equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
  • Order, organize, and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
  • Assist local leadership with expense submissions and calendar management.
  • Participate in planning and execution of events when necessary.
  • Efficiently manage time and deadlines.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of related experience.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Point person for maintenance shipping supplies equipment errands etc
  • Manage front desk phone faxes mail and packages
