Must Have:- Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to COVID-19 issues and advise other departments.
- Draft employee and guest policies and procedures about COVID-19 issues.
- Manage employment and litigation matters, including working with outside counsel and facilitating the investigation of claims.
- Serve as primary liaison between the legal department and risk management and human resources departments.
- Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a variety of venue, consulting, employment, service, and other types of agreements.
- Coordinate with internal/external resources regarding legislative efforts and strategies.
- Review regulatory developments and assist with regulatory compliance efforts.
- Represent the Company in various industry groups and trade associations.
- Prepare and submit FOIA requests.
- Maintain files and legal department records on all litigation and regulatory matters.
- Assist General Counsel with other tasks as assigned.
